What is a sports pass?

A sports pass includes all home football games for the season as well as home events for all ticketed sports in both the fall and spring semesters (Soccer, Volleyball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Baseball and Softball). Postseason, Special Events and high school events hosted by Texas A&M are not included. Sports passes are only valid for currently enrolled, registered students at Texas A&M.

Do I need a new sports card each year?

No, you use the same sports card your entire stay at Texas A&M like your student ID as long as you have registered for a new sports pass each year. There is a $20.00 replacement fee for lost sports cards.

What is Football Ticket Pull?

Ticket Pull begins the Monday morning of each home game week. Texas A&M Students with a valid sports option will pull tickets according to academic classification. Classification is based on number of hours/years completed at Texas A&M, whichever gives the highest priority.

Students with sports options may pull tickets until the conclusion of Freshman Day during a home game pull.

If ticket inventory is available, students without sports passes (walk-up) may purchase a ticket on Friday by presenting their student ID at the ticket window. Walk-up tickets, when available, cost approximately half the face value of student guest tickets.

When is the Football Ticket Pull?

Each home game week.

Juniors - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Tuesday
Sophomores - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Wednesday

Am I able to pick the seats I want?

No. You can pick the deck where you want to stand, but the seats are pulled randomly from the best seats available at the time you pull.

Where can I get non-student tickets?

When you pull your student ticket, you can purchase 1 ticket for a guest to stand beside you in the student section, if available.

How many guest tickets can a student purchase?

Students may only purchase 1 guest ticket per sports pass. Guest tickets may be obtained 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Buy a full price guest ticket each home game week if available.
  2. Convert a sports pass not being used for a student ticket to a guest ticket.

Am I able to exchange tickets for different or seats together?

No. Once tickets are pulled, there are no refunds or exchanges.

What if I am pulling for more than 10 tickets?

Groups of 11 or more may be pulled Monday & Tuesday each home game week regardless of classification at the designated ticket windows.

What if I need ADA seating?

Seats are available to those students who have needs that prevent them from standing during games. These seats are in the second deck sections 231-232 & 236-237. ADA seats are limited and will be filled starting Monday the week of student pull, regardless of classification. The ADA window is located at the inside windows through Entry 6 at the north end of Kyle Field. Ticket limits, including the ability to purchase guest tickets, will follow the same policies as all other students pulling tickets.

When picking up student tickets do I need each student's ID?

No. When picking up student tickets, the person picking up the tickets only needs their ID. We identify this ID as the person that received the tickets. It is against university policy to be in possession of another students ID. Each student will need their ID along with their ticket to gain admission at the game.

What do I need to enter each event?

At football games, you will need your ticket and student ID only. For all other events, you only need your student ID to enter at the designated student entries.

Can I use someone else's sport pass?

No. Students use their valid Texas A&M ID to enter events. If you do not have a sports pass you will need to purchase a student walkup ticket at the box office for admittance.

What if I do not have my student ID?

You will not be able to enter events without your current student ID.

What payments do you accept for tickets?

The 12th Man Foundation Ticket Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for ticket purchases. We DO NOT accept checks or bill to your student fees.

How can I replace lost or stolen tickets?

Please safeguard your tickets because they are not replaceable.

What do I need to do to drop my sports option?

If you are withdrawing from the university, click here to request a refund. The deadline to request a sports pass refund is Nov. 29.

How can I replace my sports card?

Replacement sports cards are available at the North end of Kyle Field ticket windows near entry 6. Current hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Picture ID is required for pickup and there is a $20.00 replacement fee.

During ticket pull week, sports pass pick up will be located at the Kyle Field east ticket windows near Entry 9.

Which day do I pull tickets for a group of students with different academic classifications?

At least half of the total tickets needed must be represented by sports passes of that day's academic classification or higher. The remaining half may be of a lower classification. For example, a group with two senior sports passes and 2 freshman sports passes may pull all four tickets on the seniors' ticket pull day (Monday). Note: A sports pass is needed for each student ticket, and the student pulling must have a valid Texas A&M student ID.
