2025 Baseball and Softball

Baseball and Softball season ticket holders will have two payment options when renewing their seats. Only payments received by November 7, 2024, will be included in the priority point ranking for the 2025 Baseball Online Seat Selection Process

Pay in full when completing the renewal application

Three-month payment plan

Please note that ticketing payments and required seat contribution payments are processed on different schedules.

Ticketing Payment Schedule:

  • One-third due when you complete your renewal
  • One-third due on December 6, 2024
  • One-third due on January 6, 2025

Required Seat Contribution Payment Schedule:

  • One-third due when you complete your renewal
  • One-third due one month from the date you complete your renewal
  • One-third due two months from the date you complete your renewal

Relocate/Upgrade


Seat relocation requests will be processed by the 12th Man Foundation based on priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024, followed by ticket holder longevity.

For softball and track & field, requests should be made on the renewal application in the Seating Requests/Comments box associated with the seats you are interested in relocating. Baseball ticket holders who opt into the seat selection process during their renewal will receive appointment times for the relocation process in mid November.

Baseball, Softball, Tennis and Track & Field Season Ticket Renewals General FAQs


Go to www.12thmanfoundation.com, select “Login” in the upper left corner, and enter your email address and password. After logging in, select “Season Renewals” under the maroon “My Tickets” section.

  • Type in the email address associated with your account on the login screen and click “Continue.”
  • Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
  • Alternatively, you may select "Sign In With a Code." This option sends a six-digit code to your email address. You can then use this code to access your 12th Man Foundation account securely.
  • If you do not know the email address on your account, please contact the 12th Man Foundation staff at 888-992-4443.

Yes, you may come to the 12th Man Foundation offices for assistance with your ticket renewal. Our offices are located at the north end of Kyle Field at entry 6 and are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For ADA accessible seating and/or parking, please notify the ticket office of your ADA needs by emailing tickets@12thmanfoundation.com.

Note: Anyone requesting accessible seating must meet the Americans with Disabilities Act eligibility and attestation standards. You will be required to certify that you meet these standards.

ELIGIBILITY:

People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. Under Federal Law, people with disabilities who do not require the specific features of accessible seating but merely have a preference for them are not entitled to purchase accessible seats.

Renewals begin October 17, 2024 and will conclude on November 7, 2024.

In order to drop season tickets and/or parking, call the 12th Man Foundation at 888-992-4443 and speak with a representative.

Please note if you release your seats:

  • You forfeit all rights to those seats for the 2025 season and all future seasons. You will not receive a refund for any previously paid contributions for the released seats.
  • Contribution amounts previously paid for the seats may not be transferred to outstanding pledges due on other contributions.
  • The 12th Man Foundation reserves the right to adjust your seat block to preserve the integrity of available seat inventory.

Baseball:

To review any available seat inventory and possibly change the location of your season tickets, opt into the seat selection process by checking the box on your renewal. After renewals are completed, you will receive a seat selection appointment and information about the process. Appointment times are assigned based on priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024.

Third base bleachers will remain intact for season ticket holders to renew season tickets.

Softball:

Seating requests can be made in the Comments section on the renewal form. Please be as specific as possible regarding your request. Requests will be reviewed according to priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024 and availability. Your seating will remain the same if your request cannot be accommodated.

Tennis:

There is no option to relocate credentials for Tennis. All seats are in the Stadium Club and are general admission.

Track & Field:

Seating requests can be made in the Comments section on the renewal form. Please be as specific as possible regarding your request. Requests will be reviewed according to priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024 and availability. Your seating will remain the same if your request cannot be accommodated.

Baseball:

In mid-to-late November, your seat selection appointment time as well as instructions for accessing the system will be sent via email. If you do not receive any correspondence, please contact the 12th Man Foundation staff at 888-992-4443.

  • You will be able to access the system to view available inventory 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will not be able to view inventory prior to this time; you will not be permitted to access the system after your appointment time concludes.
  • If you miss your appointment time, you forfeit your opportunity to participate in the process.
  • If you opt to participate in the process but later change your mind, you may simply skip your appointment time. You will retain your original seats.
  • If you opt to participate and log-in at your appointment time and then decide to keep your original seats, you may simply exit the seat selection system without confirming a change in seats. You will retain your original seats.

Softball:

Seating requests can be made in the Comments section on the renewal form. Please be as specific as possible regarding your request. Requests will be reviewed according to priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024. Your seating will remain the same if your request cannot be accommodated.

Tennis:

Relocation and new seat selection are not applicable for Tennis. Season tickets are in the Stadium Club only and are general admission.

Track & Field:

Seating requests can be made in the Comments section on the renewal form. Please be as specific as possible regarding your request. Requests will be reviewed according to priority point ranking as of November 7, 2024.

You may have your tickets delivered to you digitally or printed and sent via mail. For more information on digital ticketing please see below.

Tennis:

Tennis tickets are credentials that are worn for each match. Delivery is by mail only.

Yes, during the renewal process you can choose to renew the 18-game season ticket package.

Yes. If you purchase the 18-game season ticket package for the 2025 season, for the 2026 season, you will have the option to switch back to the full season ticket package and retain your same seats OR renew your 18-game season ticket package.

Included in the 18-game season ticket packages are:

  • All games vs. SEC opponents (except for Sunday vs. Kentucky and Sunday vs. South Carolina)
  • Friday and Saturday games of opening weekend
  • Friday and Saturday games of the second non-conference weekend series
  • Saturday game of the third non-conference weekend series

Yes, the 18-game season ticket option offers all the same benefits of a full season ticket which are as follows:

  • Same seat location(s) throughout the season
  • Option to secure your seating location for potential postseason games at Blue Bell Park
  • Ability to purchase season parking in either the Blue Bell Park (100j) or Reed Arena (100g) lots (based on availability)
  • Right to renew for the 2026 season

Yes, club seat holders will have the same option on their renewal as other season ticket holders to either purchase tickets for the full season or select the 18-game season ticket package.

Yes, you may opt into the “seat selection” process on your renewal. During your seat selection appointment time, you may add additional seats as long as the total season ticket quantity in your cart does not exceed four (4) seats. Due to high demand for baseball season tickets, if you currently have four (4) or more season tickets, you will not be able to purchase additional tickets.

Yes. We anticipate a very high renewal rate for baseball season tickets but you may express interest by filling out and submitting this interest form. You will only be contacted should something become available based upon your priority point rank as of November 7, 2024.

We anticipate 100% renewal of premium baseball tickets. You may however express interest by filling out and submitting this interest form. You will only be contacted should something become available based upon your priority point rank as of November 7, 2024.

Third base bleachers will remain for the 2025 season. Season ticket holders who purchased 3rd base bleachers during the 2024 season will have the opportunity to renew those same reserved seat locations for the 2025 season.

You can relocate your seats during the seat selection process. The seat selection process will occur early December and appointments will be assigned in order of priority point rank as of November 7, 2024. If, at your selection appointment time, you do not find other seats, you will retain your original seats.

To opt into seat selection for baseball, click "Yes" on the "Baseball Online Seat Selection Opt In" option on your renewal application.

If you do not already have parking, you can purchase parking by opting into the seat selection process during your renewal. You may purchase parking for a cost of $180.00 for full season or $90 for partial season depending on the type of season ticket you choose. Parking will not be allocated at the time of purchase and will be assigned at a later date based on your priority point rank as of November 7, 2024. A limited number of parking passes will be available in the Blue Bell Lot (100j), with additional parking at Reed Arena (lot 100g).

With ongoing construction at the Mitchell '40 Tennis Center, the public will not have access to the player's lounge on matchdays.

No. Each individual entering the club is required to have a credential.

Admission to tennis is free, however if you are interested in purchasing Stadium Club credentials you may do so by clicking here.

Track & Field Specific Renewal Questions:


For the 2025 season, indoor and outdoor meets will be ticketed. Season tickets as well as individual meet sales will be available for purchase.

Yes, season tickets will be available for purchase in late November/early December after the renewal period ends on November 7, 2024.

If you had indoor track & field season tickets in 2022, you will have the opportunity to renew the same quantity of seats you had in 2022 for the 2025 season.

Ex. If you had four (4) indoor track & field season tickets in 2022, you will have the opportunity to renew up to four (4) season tickets for the 2025 season.
