Online Seat Selection Process

The opt-in deadline for the 2026-27 Basketball and 2026 Volleyball Seat Selection process is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

  • Volleyball seat selection will begin in early August.
  • You may opt into the volleyball seat selection process on your renewal application by clicking "Yes" on "Enroll in 2026 Volleyball Seat Selection."
  • Basketball seat selection will begin in mid-August.
  • You may opt into the basketball seat selection process on your renewal application by clicking "Yes" on "Enroll in 2026-27 Basketball Seat Selection."

Appointments

Appointment times and instructions for accessing the system are sent by email in advance of the seat selection process. If you do not receive any correspondence, please contact the 12th Man Foundation at 888-992-4443.

Selection Information

  • Access to view seating areas and available seats opens 30 minutes before your appointment time. Your appointment will remain open until you checkout, the process is completed or there is no remaining inventory.
  • If you opt in for an appointment time but later change your mind, please email customersupport@12thmanfoundation.com to be removed from the process.
  • If you do not log in or take any action during your appointment time, any seats or parking currently on your account will automatically be retained.
  • If you change the location of your seats and complete the online process, the transaction is final. Do not release your original seats unless you are certain you want to change seating. We cannot restore your original seats.

Inventory

Please keep in mind that the inventory will be fluid, and it will change as fellow season ticket holders make their selections and change locations throughout the process.

Season ticket holders who have opted into the process will have the opportunity to change the location of their seats and purchase additional seats based on availability.

  1. You may swap your current seats for any available inventory in any area of Reed Arena.
  2. You may split your current seats. For example, if you have 4 seats in one section, you could:
    • Move all 4 seats to a different section.
    • Keep 2 seats in your current section and move 2 seats to a different section.
    • Stay in your current section but move to a different row.
  3. Season tickets may be subject to an annual seat contribution.
    • If the seats you select are more expensive than the original seats, you will pay the additional amount in full for the season tickets and the annual seat contribution.
    • If the seats you select are less expensive than the original seats, any difference in ticket price will be refunded. Excess seat contribution amounts will be moved to an annual fund contribution and cannot be refunded.

  4. You will be required to pay for any additional tickets upon completion of the seat selection process.
    • Basketball Seat Selection Limit: You will have the opportunity to add up to 6 additional seats.

General Information

If you change the location of your seats and complete the online process, the transaction is final. Do not release your original seats unless you are certain you want to change seating. The 12th Man Foundation cannot restore your original seats.
